This retreat is designed for business owners who are ready to hit the reset button, grow their leadership, and build connections within a network of value-driven owners.  We have a mix of recreation and powerful trainings to equip you in thinking big picture, crafting an action plan, gaining accountability, and growing your personal leadership.  Plus, we always have a great time!

You bring nothing, we provide everything you will need.  Which once again will be on a legal pad (journals) & pens.  Most everything we do will be on a flip chart.

Rental Car pickup is located in the Rental Car Pavilion at the end of the terminal past Baggage Claim. Rental Car Drop-off is located on Level 1 of the new five-tier parking deck and offers customer covered walkways to and from the terminal; state of the art security; and premium services to most rental car company customers.

People ask, what is the agenda? We’re good with letting you know that Bradley plays golf Tuesday at the ocean course. You’re welcome to fly in early and play a game with Bradley before he gets into Thinking Time the rest of the day. You are not obligated to join on Tuesday.

Wednesday afternoon is when the event starts. It is all day Thursday, and then starts at 8 AM and ends at 10 AM Friday.

Beyond that, you’re not getting any details or agenda. Your only job is to show up with a piece of paper and a pen at the most. Skip the computer and cell phone – that’s not the point of the retreat. We will have everything ready for you when you show up ready to grow.
