MEET BRADLEY HAMNER
Bradley started his first business in 2009 with no customers, no leads and very little cash but he did have a desire to win and succeed. After being successful early in his career in sales, Bradley believed that his ability to be the Rainmaker for the business would be enough to grow and scale. That however, proved not to be the case.
From 2009 – 2014 after seemingly working around the clock, Bradley knew something had to change. After a health scare, Bradley began to build back himself first and then his business “architecting” his business to work for him, not the other way around.
Now, Bradley is a Business Growth Coach and Value Builder consultant who shows other owners how to become the architect of their businesses.

BRADLEY’S INTERVIEW TOPICS
BRADLEY MOST OFTEN SPEAKS ON RAINMAKER TO ARCHITECT, GAIN CLARITY IN YOUR BUSINESS, LEAD YOURSELF FIRST, AND DEVELOP THE CONFIDENCE. IF THERE IS A SPECIFIC SUBJECT OR TOPIC YOU’D LIKE TO TALK ABOUT, JUST LET US KNOW WHEN YOU REACH OUT!
1. THE RAINMAKER’S DILEMMA
Bradley’s keynote focuses on empowering talented experts in becoming better leaders and business owners. He speaks to challenges being great in your field, but not so great and delegating sales and tasks to a strong team. If you feel like your entire business’ success rests on your shoulders, and if you feel like you can never work enough hours in a day, then you need to hear how to move from Rainmaker to Architect of your business. You will learn how to leverage your strengths while improving your weaknesses to become the best leader you can be.
2. GAIN CLARITY IN YOUR BUSINESS
A lot of times business owners have clarity inside of them, but they need someone to ask them better questions. In order to establish more clarity, Bradley encourages you to first take an honest look at where you are today. Then, look ahead 3 years and ask yourself where you want to be. Finally, take the time to understand needs to happen in order for you to get the personal and professional results you truly want. If you aren’t actually moving towards that goal, there’s a good chance you haven’t identified the real constraints that are holding you back. Bradley will show you how to gain clarity, identify constraints, and truly begin moving in the right direction.
3. LEAD YOURSELF FIRST
As an owner, it’s easy to lose sight of investing in your own energy and growth before investing in the business. However, the most selfless thing you can do for your team and your business is to take care of yourself FIRST. Through this topic, Bradley shares personal experiences and the practical tools he developed to help owners. He will also how you how to invest in yourself so that you can develop your team, ways to plan your week effectively, how to find gratitude every day, and what he has learned about managing personal energy and resources.
4. DEVELOP THE CONFIDENCE
As a business owner, it’s important to develop Jim Collins’ Stockdale Paradox. This means that no matter how difficult the truths of your business are, you still have the hope that you will overcome the challenges and reach your goals. Bradley has found that the best way to do this is to practice recognizing “micro wins.” For example, everyone feels a sense of accomplishment when they hit their monthly sales goals. But do they celebrate the small wins of developing a sales pipeline, having conversations with prospects, nailing your talking points, etc? By practicing gratitude for the small wins, you will protect your confidence as an owner. In this talk, Bradley will not only share why this is key, but also how to implement it.
